We loved our stay here! This place is located in a quiet alleyway, slightly out of the popular places, making it peaceful and relaxing. The service room was fantastic, providing dry cleaning and 24-hour room service with housekeeping, shops, laundry, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was impressive, providing excellent advice and service, always with a good smile.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the BTS station and right across the Pratunam malls. It was so convenient for shopping! The room was clean and comfortable, with a smart TV and free WiFi. The service was exceptional, with the staff making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast at Kay's was delicious, especially the eggs and French toast. We also enjoyed the spa and the personalized notes left by the housekeeping staff. a fantastic experience.

The beds were comfortable and the staff nice and helpful. The rooms and lobby were very clean and stylish. The breakfast was delicious, especially the french toast. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and there are plenty of good food options nearby.
The carpeting on the stairs and upper floors could use a cleaning. It would be nice if there was a bathtub caddy tray in the Marble Suite for more convenience.

Clean, comfortable room with a nice design. Despite being a little far from the main attractions, the hotel is in a peaceful location. The cafe on-site offers delicious food and great coffee.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with clean as new rooms and a well-maintained structure. The staff were really nice too take care of everything, deserving an award. The location was very convenient, being a short walk to the BTS station and the Rail Link to the International Airport. the hotel was just outside of the hotel's alley, making it easily accessible.

Clean rooms, well-decorated, close to shopping malls. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and desserts. Reasonable price, good air con. Modern furniture, 7 min walk from airport rail line. Highly recommended for visiting Bangkok.
